Hello, I'm David and I am a mental health service consumer. This is my index of mental health resources, intended to help South Island consumers, especially rural ones, and their carers become more aware of what is available.

A good place to start on this website is the Providers page.

Please be mindful that there may well be resources that exist but are not listed here, simply because I am unaware of them.
